Porsche Certified Pre-Owned

To qualify for the Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program, a vehicle can be from the current model year or the eight previous model years and have no more than 100,000 miles on the odometer. That's more model years and more miles than any other manufacturer, which gives some indication of the confidence Porsche has in its products.

Every car is inspected thoroughly, reconditioned and/or repaired where necessary, and approved by Porsche-trained technicians using genuine Porsche parts. Some high-end car companies charge a deductible for work carried out under the CPO warranty, but Porsche does not. This is especially good news considering that components for exotic German cars can be expensive.

Warranty

• If the new-car warranty is still valid, an extra 24 months / 50,000 miles is added. If the new-car warranty has expired, approved vehicles receive a 24-month / 50,000-mile warranty. In both cases, the coverage is in effect up to a total of 100,000 miles. The warranty covers engine, transmission, drive shafts, fuel system, cooling system, brakes, suspension, steering, brakes, air conditioning/heating, electrical systems, bodywork, and power seats. It's applicable to cars in the United States and Canada. Porsche's CPO warranty does not cover general consumables, normal wear and tear, modifications carried out by unauthorized parties, abuse, accident damage, or issues arising from racing or track use beyond the control of the company.

Extras

• 24/7 roadside assistance: 365 days a year for the duration of the warranty. In situations where you have run out of fuel, the roadside assistance program will deliver sufficient fuel to reach the nearest gas station; this delivery service and the fuel is free of charge
• Trip interruption reimbursement. In the event of a CPO Porsche vehicle becoming disabled more than 100 miles from home (United States; 160 km in Canada) and the nearest Porsche dealership cannot resolve the issue on the same day, expenses will be repaid for meals, lodging, car rental and alternative transportation
• Free 3-month subscription to SiriusXM satellite radio, NavTraffic and NavWeather
